Screen flows

• Submit—Validate and save the changes.
• Refresh—Reloads the original data. Any changes made since the last submit are lost.
• New—Create a new item related to the application.
• Save As—Creates a new item based on the information provided by an existing item.
• Delete—Confirm and delete the current item.
• New Search—Return to the Search screen and clear the search results and the search criteria.
• Update Exchange Rate—Update an exchange rate.

Header

• Currency

  The abbreviated name of the currency. A currency may be selected from the drop-down list that contains active currencies with a Table Type of 4127—ISO 4127 Currency codes, as configured in the MSETBL—Table Code Service application.

• Active

  Indicates whether the entity is available in drop-down lists when selecting a category for an entity. An inactive entity cannot be selected for use.

• Description

  The description of the currency.

• Major Unit Name

  The name of the major unit of the currency.

• Minor Unit Name

  The name of the minor unit of the currency.

• Symbol

  The symbol used to denote the currency.

• Minor Unit digits

  The number of digits used to display the minor units of the currency.

• Currency Exchange grid

  The list of exchange rates between other currencies and the current currency.

  • Currency

    The currency associated with the exchange rate.

  • Exchange Rate

    The exchange rate between the two currencies at the Effective Date.

  • Effective Date

    The date-time at which the exchange rate is effective.

  • Exchange Rate History Grid

    The list of historical exchange rates between the selected currency and the current currency.

  • From Currency

    The current currency. Display only.

  • To Currency

    The currency associated with the exchange rate. Display only.

  • Exchange Rate

    The exchange rate between the two currencies at the Effective Date. Display only.

  • Effective Date

    The date-time at which the exchange rate is effective. Display only.

  • End Date

    The date-time at which the exchange rate is no longer effective, updated when another exchange rate is put in place. Display only.
