Processes associated with this form
Screen flows
- Submit—Validate and save the changes.
- Refresh—Reloads the original data. Any changes made since the last submit are lost.
- New—Create a new item related to the application.
- Save As—Creates a new item based on the information provided by an existing item.
- Delete—Confirm and delete the current item.
- New Search—Return to the Search screen and clear the search results and the search criteria.

Right Name
The name of the right.

Right Description
The description of the right.

Core Right
Indicates whether the right is a core right. If not checked then the right is a non-core (custom/user-defined) right.
Resources Grid
The list of resources available for the right.

Resource Type
The type of resource associated with the right.

Resource Name
The name of resource associated with the right.

Security level
The security level of the resource associated with the right.
The following security levels can be set based on Resource Type.
For a Resource Type of Application:

full—This is the only option. If the resource does not exist in the right, then no access.
For a Resource Type of Attribute:
-
full—Full access. Note that if the attribute does not exist on the right then it is deemed as full access.

read—Read-only access.
-
none—No access.
For a Resource Type of Method:

full—Rights to execute the method is given when the method is enacted upon organisation and laboratory entities.

3—LAB AND ORG—Rights to execute the method is given when the method is enacted upon organisation and laboratory entities.

2—ORG ONLY—Rights to execute the method is given only when the method is enacted upon organisation entities.

1—LAB ONLY—Rights to execute the method is given only when the method is enacted upon laboratory entities.
Note that not all methods have the full set; some just offer 'full'.
If the resource does not exist in the right, then no access.
For a Resource Type of File:
-
full—Full access.

read—Read-only access
-
none—No access.
For a Resource Type of Job Type:

full—Full access. If the resource does not exist in the right, then no access.
