Processes associated with this form
Screen flows
- Submit—Validate and save the changes.
- Refresh—Reloads the original data. Any changes made since the last submit are lost.
- New—Create a new item related to the application.
- Save As—Creates a new item based on the information provided by an existing item.
- Delete—Confirm and delete the current item.
- New Search—Return to the Search screen and clear the search results and the search criteria.

Table Type
The type of table, usually associated with one particular type of CCLAS field drop-down. Display only. This field is mandatory

Table Code
The code within the table, visible as an item in a drop-down list when the field is associated with the Table Type. Display only. This field is mandatory

Table file entry description
The description of the Table Code in context of the Table Type. For example, where the Table Type is Salutation and the Table Code is CAPT, then the Table file entry description could be Captain.
The MSEL10—Table Code Localizations application allows for the localisation of the description for other languages configured in CCLAS.

Table File Associated Values
The configuration for the processing of the Table Code. Where Table Type is:

CC30—User Statuses (user-defined workflow statuses), CC32—QC Ignore reasons, or CC33—User QC Statuses
Where a pipe character, |, is included in the string, then the portion before the pipe character contains the sequence in which the status/reason is displayed in a drop-down list when a user status/reason is selected for assigning to a sample scheme analyte, and the portion after the pipe character contains the actual user status. Examples: 3|IS, 5|NA
