Maintain transport types

To search for transport types:

  1. Click Sample Tracking in the CCLAS EL menu or run the SampleTrack.exe application in the Exe folder to display the SamTrack Form.
  2. Select the Transport node.
  3. Where a query form is presented in the bottom of the right-hand grid, then enter criteria and click the Query button to filter the content returned to the grid.
  4. Where the Properties main menu option is enabled, to further filter the grid content based on column criteria, select the Properties main menu option and filter data using column criteria. Refer to Using the Screen Interface.

To create a transport type:

  1. Click New to display the AddNew form.
  2. Enter the New code.
  3. Click OK to create the transport type and open the SAMPLETRACK—Transport Form to update the transport type details, as required, or click Cancel to not proceed.

To review a transport type:

  1. Double-click a Transport code to open the SAMPLETRACK—Transport Form.

To update a transport type:

  1. Double-click a Transport code to open the SAMPLETRACK—Transport Form to update the entity, as required.
  2. Click Save to close the form and save the changes, or click Close to close the form.

To enter general details for a transport type:

  1. Enter the Description.

To enter custom details for a transport type:

  1. Where the LIMS is configured with a custom form, update the custom details, as required.

To delete a transport type:

  1. Click Delete.
