Maintain consumable usage by scheme

To search for usages by scheme of the consumable:

  1. Maintain consumables to update the consumable and open the CONSUMABLES—ConsumableEdit Form.
  2. Select the Details tab and select the Usage node in the Folder Items list.

To add consumable usages by scheme:

  1. Click New to display the CONSUMABLES—AddUsageConsumable Form.
  2. Where a query form is presented in the bottom of the right-hand grid, then enter criteria and click the Query button to filter the content returned to the grid. Otherwise all schemes are returned to the grid.
  3. Select each applicable Scheme code.
  4. Click OK to create the consumable usages by scheme, or click Cancel to not proceed.

To review a consumable usage by scheme:

  1. Double-click a Scheme to open the CONSUMABLES—UsageEdit Form.

To update a consumable usage by scheme:

  1. Double-click a Scheme to open the CONSUMABLES—UsageEdit Form.
  2. Enter the Quantity to be used.
  3. Click Save to close the form and save the changes, or click Close to close the form.

To enter custom details for a consumable usage by scheme:

  1. Where the LIMS is configured to allow for the entry of custom details for the client project, click User screen in the main menu to open the custom form to update the custom details, as required.

To delete a consumable usage by scheme:

  1. Click Delete.
