Specify the invoice details

  1. Select the jobs included on the one invoice.

    This opens the Invoice edit screen for the job(s).

  2. Select the General tab to display the general details for the invoice. The TemplateDirectory Invoice program setting defines the default folder for the template file.
  3. To select a client to whom to send the invoice:
    1. Enter a search string in the Invoice client code field, using a percent sign (%) to indicate a wildcard.
    2. Click the F2 function key to display the clients from all laboratories that match the search string, including clients that are disabled. The ClientInvoiceLookupColumns Invoice program setting defines the columns on display from the CLIENT table.
    3. Double-click the client to be used.
  4. Update the other invoicing details for the client. The IncludeSampleType Invoice program setting defines the types of samples that are included in the invoice.

To enter extra job details for the invoice:

  1. Select the User fields tab. The screen from the InvoiceUser.SCR file displays. Enter the details into the scripted form.
  2. Click Save.
