Archive a job to a ZIP file

1. To archive the job, but still keep it in the live database, typically done if an archived copy of the job need to be emailed:
   1. Right-click on a job and select Archive » and keep job from the menu.
2. To archive the job and remove it from the database, so that the only reference to the job is contained within the XML file in the ZIP file, effectively removing it from the live system:
   1. Right-click on a job and select Archive » remove job from the main menu.
