Turn-around times are impacted by laboratory holidays. For example, if the turn-around time of a job is five days and the samples arrive at the laboratory two days before a denoted holiday, the required date is three days after that holiday. In other words, the turn-around time has increased from five calendar days to six calendar days.
This process is pertinent to laboratory managers who configure CCLAS for use in the laboratory.

Holidays are maintained using the Setup application. You need specific rights to have visibility to this application.
