Maintain maintenance type schedules

To search for schedules associated with the maintenance type:

  1. Click Laboratory Maintenance in the CCLAS EL menu or run the LabMaintenance.exe application in the Exe folder to display the LABMAINTENANCE—LabMaintenance Form.
  2. Select a maintenance type node under it.
  3. Where a query form is presented in the bottom of the right-hand grid, then enter criteria and click the Query button to filter the content returned to the grid.
  4. Where the Properties main menu option is enabled, to further filter the grid content based on column criteria, select the Properties main menu option and filter data using column criteria. Refer to Using the Screen Interface.

To create a maintenance type schedule:

  1. Click New to display the AddNew form.
  2. Enter the New code.
  3. Click OK to create the schedule and open the LABMAINTENANCE—LabmaintScheduleEdit Form to update the schedule details, as required, or click Cancel to not proceed.

To review a maintenance type schedule:

  1. Right-click a schedule Code and select Open or double-click a schedule Code to display the LABMAINTENANCE—LabmaintScheduleEdit Form.

To update a maintenance type schedule:

  1. Right-click a schedule Code and select Open or double-click a schedule Code to display the LABMAINTENANCE—LabmaintScheduleEdit Form.
  2. Update the entity, as required.
  3. Click Save to close the form and save the changes, or click Close to close the form.

To enter general details for a maintenance type schedule:

  1. Enter the Description.
  2. Select the Assigned to user.
  3. Select the Instrument code.
  4. Select Next scheduled, Repeat every and Repeat count.
  5. Locate the Run what script file.

To activate the maintenance type schedule:

  1. Check the Schedule active check box.

To enter custom details for a maintenance type schedule:

  1. Where the LIMS is configured to allow for the entry of custom details for the maintenance type schedule, click User screen in the main menu to open the custom form to update the custom details, as required.

To delete a maintenance type schedule:

  1. Click Delete.
