STJOB program settings set the environment for entering job tracking details in the Sample Track application.

AccessLevel

The access level for each staff member to the Client node in the Sample Track application, to enter job and sample tracking details for clients.

  • 0 - no access
  • 1 - read only access
  • 2 - read/write access
  • 3 - read/write/delete access.
AddJobSampleSampleType

The types of samples to be tracked.

AllowChangeStaffCode

Indicates whether or not the staff code for the staff member who is tracking the job can be changed.

Enabled | Disabled

AllowChangeDateStored

Indicates whether or not the date the job was first tracked for storage can be changed.

Enabled | Disabled

AllowProperties

If enabled, then the user can select the Properties option from the main browser to set or change the filter used to display records in the list-view panel.

Enabled | Disabled

AuditMode

The level of auditing changes to data in the sample tracking tables.

  1. 0 - no auditing
  2. 1 - audit of deletions and additions
  3. 2 - audit of deletions, additions and modifications.

CriteriaSTCLIENT1..

Only applied if LoadBrowser is enabled.

The list of criteria used to select records from the browse display. Each criterion is defined by a name and a SQL statement used to filter the records. Only one criteria can be active at a time.

These criteria and the default criteria used are editable in the application as well as via the Staff application. If modified in the application and staff settings are present only for CCLASMGR, then they are copied into the individual user’s staff settings.
