Reviewing Job Status and Reports via the Client Web Portal
To view registered jobs:

Click
(Toggle menu) at the top of the page to access the menu.

Click
(Dashboard) and select Status and reports to display jobs that have not been reported at all or were first reported within the last 30 days.

Hover on any column header and click
(Sort descending) or click
(Sort ascending) to order the rows, as required.

The page row control displays at the bottom of the grid. Click
to select the rows per page and use the back and forward arrows to move between pages, as required.

To search for jobs:

Click Search to open the Search jobs dialog box.

Enter the criteria, as required. Use the % wildcard to filter jobs by job number. Click (Blue bin) at any time to clear the entered criteria.

Click Search to close the dialog box and display only the jobs that match the new criteria, ordered by default on Date Registered, descending, or click Cancel to close the dialog box and return to the jobs list using the previous criteria.
To redisplay jobs that have not been reported at all or were first reported within the last 30 days:

Close the Search jobs dialog box and click Reset.
To view a job in detail:

On any job row, click
to expand the job node and view the job details, scheme details and reports.
To download a job report:

Either, click
(Download) on an individual job row, or expand an individual job to see the available reports and click
(Download) to download a specific report.
Note: If REPORTED STATUS is Not Reported, then reports are not available for download.
