• OK—Close the form and create the price schedule.
• Cancel—Close the form and cancel the price schedule creation.

Form:

• Price type—The type of pricing schedule, either:
  • BOOK—The pricing schedule exists under a price book.
  • QUOTE—The pricing schedule exists under a quote.
• Conversion code—The conversion code associated with the pricing structure prices, used to convert the prices to the base currency. Note: Create a separate conversion code where the factor to convert the prices to the base price differs for other pricing schedules linked to the conversion code.
• Price code—The code for the pricing structure, linked from schemes and procedures.
• Pricing structure—The basis for pricing, either:
  • ANA—Based upon the result of the invoiced analyte.
  • HLY—Based upon an hourly rate for the scheme or procedure.
  • SCH—Based upon the number of analytes invoiced for the scheme, per sample.
  • SMP—Based upon the number of invoiced samples.
