• OK—Proceed with the login.
• Cancel—Cancel the login.
• Change password—Change your account password.

Form:

• Username—The code of the staff member accessing the CCLAS EL session. The username is not tied to a particular laboratory.
• Labcode—The code of the laboratory accessed for the CCLAS EL session. When a laboratory code is selected, queries to the database from the various CCLAS EL applications filter the dataset to only include records relating to the current laboratory or the global laboratory.
• Password—The password for the staff member's account to open the CCLAS EL session.
