LABMAINTENANCE—LabmaintAuditEdit Form
This form is used to record an audit message for a laboratory maintenance schedule.

- Browse—Return to the LabMaintenance form.
- Close—Close this form.
- Save—Save form updates.
- Save as—Save the current entity as a new entity.
- Delete—Delete the current entity.
- User screen—Open the custom form contained in the LabmaintAuditUser.SCR screen file, if it exists, to enter custom details for the laboratory maintenance audit.
Form:
- Description—The description of the laboratory maintenance schedule for the audit record.
- Created—The date-time at which the type of laboratory maintenance audit requirement was created, and the user who created it.
- Instrument code—The code of the instrument associated with the laboratory maintenance schedule.
- Required—The date-time at which the laboratory maintenance task is required to be run.
- Assigned to—The user to whom the laboratory maintenance task is assigned.
- Notes file—The file containing notes associated with the laboratory maintenance task.
- Completed—The date-time at which the laboratory maintenance task is completed.
- Completed by—The user who completed the laboratory maintenance task.
- Number—The number of tasks undertaken by the user, for writing in the audit record.
- Done notes file—The file containing notes associated with the completed task.
- Run what—The URL of the VB script file that was executed to complete the task.
- Next scheduled—The date-time of the next scheduled laboratory maintenance task.
