MDE—OpenJobs Form
This form is used to set the environment for a data entry session.
Processes associated with this form

Flows:
- OK—Close this form and apply the environment for the workbook session.
- Cancel—Cancel the setting of the environment for the workbook session.
Form:
- Schemes and analytes tree—List of schemes and analytes within the selected job.
- Data mode—Either:
- Weight/Volume mode—Any entry of data is treated as a sample weight or volume. Weights and volumes are later applied in correcting a raw results to a final result.
- Raw results mode—Any entry of data is treated as an uncorrected result. The Data Entry module adjusts a raw weight by the stored weight and volume of the sample used in the analysis. Dilutions can be entered for readings during raw results mode.
- Final results mode—Any entry of data is treated as a corrected result. No further weight, volume or dilution corrections are made to final results.
- Include QC samples—Indicates whether quality control samples are loaded for the job/s scheme.
- Readonly mode—Indicates whether the workbook session displays results as read-only.
- Raw and final values—Only applicable where Data mode is Raw results mode. Where the check box is unchecked, then only raw values are displayed. Where the check box is checked, then both raw and final corrected results are displayed.
- Resolve scheme formulas—Indicates whether inter-scheme formulas for schemes that are not loaded into the workbook session are immediately resolved.
- Page from, Page to—The first and last page of samples loaded into the spreadsheet. The scheme's page size and the number of samples in each job scheme determine the number of pages available for loading.
- Data entry style—The style of entering data. Either:
- Default style—The list of samples is displayed down the page and the analytes across the page.
- Analytes each row—Each sample and analyte is displayed down the page.
- Group by analytes—Only applicable where the Data entry style is Analytes each row. Where the check box is unchecked, then sample/analytes are sorted first by sample and then by analyte. Where the check box is checked, then sample/analytes are sorted first by analyte and then by sample.
