Flows:

• OK—Close this form and apply the criteria to populate the discrete grid.
• Cancel—Cancel the population of the discrete grid using criteria.
• Apply—Apply the criteria to populate the discrete grid.

Form:

• General tab
  • QC type—The base quality control type for retrieving QC sample assessments. Either:
    • Blank—Include blank QC samples.
    • Standard—Include standard QC samples.
    • Replicate—Include replicate QC samples.
    • Duplicate—Include duplicate QC samples.
    • Replicate/Duplicate—Include replicate and duplicate QC samples.
  • Analyte status. Either:
    • All—Includes all QC sample assessments except those that are ignored.
    • Selected:
      • Passed—Include QC sample assessments with a Status of CPL (completed), NVL (not validated), QWL (quality warning low) or QWH (quality warning high).
      • Failed—Include QC sample assessments with a Status of QFL (quality failure low) or QFH (quality failure high).
      • Ignored—Include QC sample assessments that are ignored.
  • Method—Only applicable where the QC type is Replicate, Duplicate or Replicate/Duplicate. The method of comparing the pair of results: Average, Median or Std Deviation.
  • QC code—Only applicable where the QC type is Blank or Standard. The code of the quality control type.
  • Scheme—The code of the scheme associated with the QC code.
  • Scheme version—The version of the scheme associated with the QC code.
  • Analyte—The analyte within the scheme version associated with the QC code.
  • Units—The analysis units of the analyte associated with the QC code.
  • Dates—Date window for retrieving QC sample assessments.

  • Job—The list of jobs from which jobs are selected to filter QC sample assessments.
  • Use client group—When unchecked:
    • Client—The list of clients from which clients are selected to filter QC sample assessments.
  • Use client group —When checked:
    • Client—The list of client groups from which client groups are selected to filter QC sample assessments.
  • Use staff group—When unchecked:
    • Staff—The list of staff members from which staff members are selected to filter QC sample assessments.
  • Use staff group—When checked:
    • Staff—The list of staff groups from which staff groups are selected to filterQC sample assessments.
