• Cancel—Close the form and cancel the report generation.

Form:

• Report template—The Microsoft Excel^TM template used to create the report.
• Output file—The name of the output file containing the report.
• View mode—The view mode of the report generation. Either: View none, View creating, View at end.
• Print—Indicates whether the report is printed.
• Printer—The printer on which the report is printed.
• No. of copies—The number of copies reported for printing.
