Flows:

• OK—Close the form and register the job.
• Cancel—Close the form and cancel the job registration.

Form:

• Save as new tab
  • Save as tab flows:
    • ...—Generate a Job number from the available job number syntaxes.
  • Save as tab form:
    • Client grid—The list of clients available for job registration.
    • Project grid—The list of projects available for job registration that are associated with the selected client.
    • Job number—The unique number for the job.
    • Full copy—Indicates whether to copy samples from the source job:
      • Checked—Then samples in the source job can be selected for copying to the new job.
      • Unchecked—Then only the source job's header details are copied to the new job.
    • Sample grid—The list of samples available for copying from the source job.
    • Linked job—The list of jobs linked to the source job:
      • Checked—Then the new job is linked to the same jobs as the source job.
      • Unchecked—Then the new job is not linked to any existing job.
    • Linked job grid—The list of jobs linked to the source job.
• Notes tab
  • Client notes—Notes about the client, as configured in the Client application.
  • Project notes—Notes about the project, as configured in the Client application.
• Query:
  • Script form—Script form to enter search criteria to locate clients.
