This form is used to update the rack layout with/without the addition of QC samples for a job scheme.

Flows:
- OK—Close the form and apply the update.
- Cancel—Close the form and cancel the update.
Form:
- Include QC—Indicates whether QC samples are included in the job scheme, based upon the QC definitions in the job scheme.
- Update—Indicates whether to update concentration records and rack structure for the job scheme, retaining existing result data and rack layout.
