This form is used to add quality control types for schemes.

Processes associated with this form

Flows:

  • OK—Close the form and add the quality control type for the scheme.
  • Cancel—Close the form and cancel the addition of the quality control type for the scheme.

Form:

  • QC type code—The base quality control type. Either BLK (Blank) or STD (Standard).
  • QC code—The code of the quality control type.
  • Scheme code—The code of the scheme to set analytical limits for the quality control type.
