• File » Open—Open another Status report query form.
• File » Close—Close this form.
• File » Save—Save form updates.
• File » Report—Generate and display the status report.
• File » Properties—Display the frmProperties form to specify criteria used to filter entities.
• File » Refresh—Refresh the entity lists.
• File » Exit—Exit the application.

Form:

General tab:

• Report template—The Microsoft Excel^TM or Crystal Reports template used to create the report.
• Output file—The name of the output file containing the report.
• Print—Indicates whether the report is destined for printing.
• Printer—The printer on which the report is printed.
• No. of copies—The number of copies to print.
• View—The view mode during report generation: View none, View creating, View at end.
• Client, Client group, Cost centre—Where a client, client group or cost centre is selected, then jobs are filtered by the selected entities.
• Section, Section group, Scheme—Where a section, section group or scheme is selected, then jobs are filtered by the selected entities.
• Discrete jobs, Job range—One or more jobs selected for inclusion in the status report.

Misc tab:

• Received—Filter by the date-time at which a job was received by the laboratory.
• Registered—Filter by the date-time at which a job was registered into CCLAS.
• Required—Filter by the date-time at which a job report is due.
• Started—Filter by the date-time at which a job had its analysis started.
• Completed—Filter by the date-time at which a job had its analysis completed.
• Validated—Filter by the date-time at which a job had its analysis validated.
• First reported—Filter by the date-time at which a job was first reported.
• Last reported—Filter by the date-time at which a job was last reported.
• Invoiced—Filter by the date-time at which a job was invoiced.
• Sample type—Include samples only of the selected sample type/s.
• Sort by—The column/s on which to sort job records returned from the search.
