Export Support Tickets
You can export support tickets in Excel format (.xlsx) from the Tickets screen.
Note: Customer Users can export only tickets they raised. Site Administrators can export tickets raised by any user in their site (and any sub-sites).
To export support tickets:
- Log into the Customer Portal as a Customer User or Site Administrator. See Account Roles and Account Types.
- In the left-hand menu, select Dashboard or Support.
The Tickets screen displays.
- Click Export Tickets in the filter area.
The Export Tickets screen displays with Export as set to Excel (.xlsx).
- Set date filters as required:
- FILTER BY DATE—Select from Created Time and Last Updated Time.
- DATE RANGE—Select a range such as Last 30 Days.
- Set additional filters as required:
- STATUS
- PRIORITY
- Select the fields to export as required:
- TICKET ID
- SUBJECT
- STATUS
- PRIORITY
- REQUESTER NAME
- REQUESTER EMAIL
- CREATED TIME
- LAST UPDATED TIME
- TAGS
- DESCRIPTION
- Click Export Tickets.
The export file downloads as an Excel (
.xlsx) file.
