Export Support Tickets

You can export support tickets in Excel format (.xlsx) from the Tickets screen.

Note: Customer Users can export only tickets they raised. Site Administrators can export tickets raised by any user in their site (and any sub-sites).

To export support tickets:

  1. Log into the Customer Portal as a Customer User or Site Administrator. See Account Roles and Account Types.
  2. In the left-hand menu, select Dashboard or Support.

    The Tickets screen displays.

  3. Click Export Tickets in the filter area.

    The Export Tickets screen displays with Export as set to Excel (.xlsx).

  4. Set date filters as required:
    • FILTER BY DATE—Select from Created Time and Last Updated Time.
    • DATE RANGE—Select a range such as Last 30 Days.
  5. Set additional filters as required:
    • STATUS
    • PRIORITY
  6. Select the fields to export as required:
    • TICKET ID
    • SUBJECT
    • STATUS
    • PRIORITY
    • REQUESTER NAME
    • REQUESTER EMAIL
    • CREATED TIME
    • LAST UPDATED TIME
    • TAGS
    • DESCRIPTION
  7. Click Export Tickets.

    The export file downloads as an Excel (.xlsx) file.
