Refresh group

Option		Description
	Refresh	Refresh the data from the database.

Pattern group

Option		Description
	Save Changes	Save changes.
	Abandon Changes	Discard all unsaved changes.
	Print	Print.

Holes group

Option		Description
	Add Holes	Add holes to the active reporting pattern. Read-only if the active item is not a reporting pattern.
	Remove Holes	Remove holes from the active reporting pattern. Read-only if the active item is not a reporting pattern.
