Start the DataBlast Pro Client Application
Note: You need a licence key to run the DataBlast Pro Client application. For further information, see the Datamine License Manager help. Contact your Datamine representative for assistance with licence keys.
Activity Steps
- Double-click the DataBlast Pro desktop icon, or select DataBlast Pro from the Windows Start menu.
Note: If you have changed your monitor configuration (number of monitors or their layout) since you last used DataBlast Pro, a prompt displays asking if you would like to reset the DataBlast Pro layout.
To force a reset of the size and position of DataBlast Pro screens, press and hold Ctrl while double-clicking the icon or selecting the application from the Windows Start menu. This step may be required if you open DataBlast Pro with different external monitor configurations.
If the Datamine License Manager application finds a valid licence and it is the first time you are starting DataBlast Pro, the Select Database Server and Database screen displays. If you have already configured the database connection, the Log In screen displays.
