Maintain User Roles
Access user role maintenance:
- On the DataBlast Application Menu, select Site Maintenance.
The Site Maintenance screen displays.
- Expand the Users and Security node.
- Select Security Roles.
The Mine Site Roles Maintenance Ribbon Menu displays.
To modify the permissions for a user role:
- In the list of user role names, select the user role.
- Check the required permissions for users who are assigned that user role.
- Uncheck the permissions that should be unavailable for users who are assigned that user role.
- Click Save Changes.
To create a user role:
- Click Add Role.
- Enter the Role Name.
- Select the required permissions.
- Click Save Changes.
To delete a user role:
- In the list of user role names, select the user role.
- Click Delete Role.
A confirmation message displays.
- Click OK.
- Click Save Changes.
