Crash Reports

Hopefully it never happens, but in case your system halts unexpectedly, a crash report can assist in identifying the problem and expediting a solution quickly.

• Crash reports are saved to C:\ProgramData\Sirius.
• The format of the file name generated for the crash reports is Dump<date><time>_EPS_<version>.dmp, where date is in the format YYYYMMDD and time is in the format HHMMSS.

Please forward your DTS file together with the crash report to your local Datamine office. The best way to do this is using the Datamine Customer Portal.
