Quick Access Toolbar

The Quick Access Toolbar is a small customizable toolbar that contains a set of frequently used commands. It is located at the top left corner of the DTS application frame by default, but can be repositioned.

A set of default commands can be customized the toolbar by adding or removing commands. Commands can optionally be hidden.

To add a button to the Quick Access Toolbar:

  1. Right-click the ribbon button you want to add

  2. Select the Add to Quick Access Toolbar option from the context menu.

To remove a button from the Quick Access Toolbar:

  1. Right-click the command on the Quick Access Toolbar

  2. Select the Remove from Quick Access Toolbar option from the context menu

To hide or redisplay a command on the Quick Access Toolbar:

  1. Click the down arrow at the right of the Quick Access Toolbar.

  2. Uncheck the command to hide.

    The corresponding button immediately disappears from the Quick Access Toolbar.

Note: To redisplay a hidden button, the process is identical.

To move the Quick Access Toolbar below the ribbon:

  1. Right-click anywhere on the ribbon or Quick Access Toolbar

  2. Select Show Quick Access Toolbar Below the Ribbon.

Note: To move the Quick Access Toolbar back to its default location, select the Show Quick Access Toolbar Above the Ribbon option from the context menu.
