Downtime Codes
To display this screen:

Project Settings >> Calendars >> Downtime Codes.
Define downtime codes that can be used when setting up scheduling calendars, specifically when defining a scheduling calendar using down-time rather than work-time.
The table includes a Description and Style column. By default, a <not defined> entry exists to define the calendar format to be used in the absence of any other code. This formatting appears on the Detailed Downtime screen once the code is selected on the Generate Downtime screen, for example:
To add a downtime code for use in a calendar:

Display the Downtime Codes screen.

Click into the empty row at the bottom of the table.

Enter a code Description. This should be meaningful to the audience likely to view it.

Specify a calendar item Style.
Click into this cell to display a pop up window allowing Color and Style selection.
