Zoom Out

A large project can range over a number of years. Rather than consistently modifying the size of the cells in the Date bar, you can quickly modify the view in the Gantt chart using the Zoom functions.

To zoom out the view of the Gantt chart:

• Click Zoom Out on the Status Bar.

Note: Zooming in or out does not affect printing. Sheets are printed at 100 percent unless you change Page Setup options.
