Georeference a 3D Image

1. On the Discover ribbon tab, in the Tools group, click 3D Georeference Image.

   The 3D Georeference Image panel displays.

2. Browse for and select an image to georeference.
3. Select whether the Image is a vertical section.
4. Select the Coordinate Reference System.
5. Click Add Control Point and click on the image at the required location. Ensure the following fields are completed.
   • Point
   • X Pixel
   • Y Pixel
   • Easting
   • Northing
   • RL
6. Select whether to Set background as color transparent.
7. Select whether to Create 3D Registered Image.
8. Select whether to create a < CREATE NEW SCENE >.
9. If < CREATE NEW SCENE > is selected name the 3D scene. Default—New scene.
10. Select whether to Create Section from 3D Registered Image.
11. Enter a Envelope Width if required.
12. Enter the Output Base Name.
13. Click Apply.
