Measure Distance

The Ruler tool measures distances, displaying both the last segment and cumulative distance.

Note: The Ruler tool can be dragged to reposition it in the window.

Activity Steps

1. To measure distance, tap the Ruler tool icon.
2. Move the cross-hair to the start-point and tap Add Point.
3. Move the cross-hair to the next point and tap Add Point to measure the distance between the two points.

4. Add more points if required.

   Note: The ruler tool measures Total distance, Last segment, Current segment and Bearing.

5. To stop measuring, tap Finish.
