LandTracker Udon Patch (January 2025)

  • The dashboard has been updated to provide direct access to the new LandTracker product documentation. The updated User Guide can be accessed from the Help section by clicking User Guide.
  • Templates are available on the documentation website. Access these in the Configuration section of the dashboard by clicking Open Templates Page.
  • The outdated Wiki button has been removed from the Actions tab for a cleaner user experience.

Wardens Court Data

Western Australia's Wardens Court data is available to import into LandTracker.

The Agreements module offers clients template functionality that imports the Wardens Court data, allowing you to create automated actions based on next mention hearing dates. This functionality offers incredible benefit to users managing hearings. Creating automated actions ensures you will not miss a hearing date. Contact the LandTrack Systems team to implement this template within your system.

The Tenements module has template functionality that creates a Wardens Court tab within the details pane of the Tenements asset browser. Wardens Court listings display within a child table. Create ad hoc actions based on this data.

LandTracker Due Diligence receives the data, allowing simple and streamlined auditing.

Asset Data Management

The Copy to Parent feature is template functionality that allows users to copy data from one asset to another in a different module. For example, you can copy holder information from a tenement directly to a related agreement.

Alerts

Alerts have an option to include a report as a spreadsheet, streamlining administration for users. See.

Action Filters

  • The Incomplete due next 12 months filter displays actions that have not been flagged as complete and are due from now until the end of the 12th future month. For example, if today is the 5th of August 2024, actions up to the 31st August 2025 display.

    • Enhancements

    • Custom fields can use a LinkedRow tag to get the value from its LinkedRowID child asset.

    • Due Diligence displays a more informative message in dialog box when failing to open SQL connection.

    • Additional validation and warnings display when detecting invalid parents (orphaned records). LandTracker confirms before saving, with an option to continue editing.

    • The #asatdate# token is supported in the subject of an alert.

    • In a template, an actual date can be used with EarliestActionDate instead of a reference to a field.

    • The Tenement Details Excel Merge templates include Warden's Court data for LandTracker and Due Diligence.
