Asset Templates

An asset template defines the structure of an asset. Assets types include:

• Tenements
• Environment
• Agreements
• Groups
• Contacts

Asset templates are Microsoft Word documents that are designed to be readable by humans and machine. You can define, format and customise the data stored and displayed in the Details Pane.

LandTrack Systems provides a suite of default templates that are updated to match new features, this may require you to update your templates.

If you have made changes to the default templates we recommend copying changes to the latest template suite. This keeps your templates up to date with the latest LandTracker features.
