Links Tab

The Links tab displays assets that are connected to the asset(s) selected in the data grid.

For example, if a Tenement is part of a Group, and is also listed as a Related Tenement on two Agreements, you will see one group and two agreements listed under this tab.

This feature helps provide a clear overview of all associations tied to the selected asset(s).

Note: If a link name appears in brown but is not underlined, it indicates the user does not have access to that specific linked asset type. As a result, the link is not active and cannot be clicked or accessed.

Columns

The columns available in the Links tab are:

• Asset—The asset(s) you have selected in the data grid.

• Link Type—The type of the linked asset (for example, Group, Contact, Agreement, Tenement).

• Link SubType—The subtype of the linked asset.

• Link Name—The name of the linked asset.
