Annual Fee per Hectare (TAH - Taxa Anual por Hectare)

• A fee for holding exploration authorizations paid by Holders of exploration licenses (Autorização de Pesquisa). Annually, from the date the license was granted.
• Rates (as of 2025):
  • R$4.74 per hectare during the initial term.
  • R$7.11 per hectare during any extension.
  • Non-payment consequences: Heavy fines and loss of rights over the tenement.
