Specify Address Details for an Organisation, Company or District

Security Note: For an organisation, you need the Allow organisation maintenance security right in the Organisations domain security rights group for this activity. For a company or district, you need the Allow company maintenance security right in the Organisations domain security rights group for this activity.

Activity Steps

  1. Open the Organisation, Company or District.
  2. Select the Details tab.
  3. Complete the following fields for the business and postal addresses.
    • Address—The maximum length is 500 characters.
    • City—Select from the cities defined in the Country Editor for the selected Province/State.
    • Province/State—Select from the provinces and states defined in the Country Editor for the selected Country.
    • Postal Code
    • Country—Select from the countries enabled in the Country Editor.
  4. Complete the following fields as required.
    • Telephone
    • Fax
    • Email
    • Mobile
    • Web Site
  5. To create a new address, right-click in the Addresses table and select New from the menu.

    The column heading for the new address is editable.

  6. To create a new communication method, right-click in the Communications table and select New from the menu.

    The name of the new communication method is editable.

  7. To add a logo:
    1. Right-click in the Logo field group and select Select from the menu.
    2. Locate and select the image file containing the logo for the organisation, company or district.

      Note: If a logo is added for a company, that logo displays on the default invoice report for invoices associated with that company.

  8. Click Save.
