Assign Contributor Groups to Material Flows

Contributor groups can also be assigned when creating a material flow. See Create a Process Flow, Create a Waste Process Definition, Create a Packing Process Flow and Create a Movement Flow.

Security Note: You need the Allow contributor maintenance security right in the Contributors user group security rights group for this activity.

Activity Steps

1. Open the Contributor Group.
2. Select the Process Flows tab.

   Material flows that are red do not have a contributor group assigned. Material flows that are blue have all contributor groups assigned.

3. Select the material flows to which to assign only this contributor group.

   If the material flow previously had all contributor groups assigned, other contributor groups become unassigned.

4. Click Save.
