Enter Contributor Data for a Mine Source

Contributors must be assigned to mine sources either when the system is configured for the first time, new mine sources are created, or when contributors on existing mine sources need to be modified.

Security Note: You need the Allow stockpile survey maintenance security right in the Stockpiles domain security rights group for this activity.

Activity Steps

1. Open the Mine Source.
2. Select the Assign Contributors tab.
3. Select the Contributor Group from contributor groups defined on the Quality panel of the Solution Explorer.
4. If the contributor group has dynamic contributor filters, add contributors:
   1. Right-click in the table and select Contributor Search from the menu.

      The Contributor Search screen displays.

   2. To add a selected contributor to the list of Selected Contributors, double-click an Available Contributor.
   3. To add multiple contributors to the list of Selected Contributors:
      1. Highlight the contributors to be added for the survey. You can hold down the Ctrl key to select multiple contributors.
      2. Right-click the highlighted contributors and select Add from the menu.
      3. Click Accept.
5. To view or update existing contributor surveys:
   1. In the Criteria field group, select the Start Date and End Date for the data to display.
   2. Click Refresh (in the Criteria field group).
6. To create a contributor survey, right-click in the Results table and select Add New Survey from the menu.
7. Update the Contribution Survey Date if required.
8. Enter the contribution Value as a percentage for each contributor.

   Note: The sum of all contributions in each contributor group must equal 100%.

9. If the contributor group has been configured to Calculate Yield Based Contributors, enter the percentage Yield for each contributor. Default: The yield defined for the contributor in the contributor group at the date on or preceding the survey date.
10. Click Save.
