Specify the Stacker and Reclaimer for a 3D Stockpile

Normally, only one stacker and one reclaimer are specified for each stockpile.

Security Note: You need the Allow stockpile maintenance security right in the Stockpiles domain security rights group for this activity.

Activity Steps

1. Open the 3D Stockpile.
2. Select the Stackers & Reclaimers tab.

   Only stackers and reclaimers that have been configured in the Stacker/Reclaimer Editor can be associated with a 3D stockpile.

3. Expand the nodes in the Explorer field group.
4. Select one configured stacker.
5. Select one configured reclaimer.
6. If the selected reclaimer is a boom reclaimer, complete the following fields.
   • Pivot X Coord—Distance from the boom pivot point holding the fixed arm rail to the edge of the 3D stockpile.
   • Pivot Z Coord—Height of the boom pivot relative to the defined stockpile base.
7. If the selected reclaimer is a tunnel reclaimer, specify the tunnel gates.
   1. Right-click in the Properties table and select Add Row from the menu.
   2. Complete the following fields.
      • Tunnel Name
      • XPosition—X-coordinate of the tunnel reclaimer gate.
      • YPosition—Y-coordinate of the tunnel reclaimer gate.
      • Radius
      • Chimney Angle—Angle (in degrees) of the sides of the chimney, measured from the horizontal/vertical sides of the tunnel. 90 degrees represents a straight drop.
   3. Repeat steps A and B to add other tunnel gates as required.
8. Click Save.
