Enter Survey Data for a Mine Source

Security Note: You need the Allow stockpile survey maintenance security right in the Stockpiles domain security rights group for this activity.

Activity Steps

1. Open the Mine Source.
2. Select the Surveys tab.
3. To view or update existing surveys:
1. In the Criteria field group, select the Start Date and End Date for the data to display.
2. Click Refresh (in the Criteria field group).
4. To create a survey, right-click in the Results table and select Add Survey from the menu.
5. All analyte definitions display by default. Select an analyte group in Filter Analyte Group if required. Select from the analyte groups defined on the Quality panel of the Solution Explorer.
6. Update the Date Surveyed. If the stockpile has a Closing Date, the Date Surveyed must be an earlier date.
7. Enter a Comment if required.
8. Select a Reason Code if required. Select from the Survey Reason Code list items defined in the List Editor.
9. Enter the Value for analytes as required.
10. Click Save.

    Note: The date of the earliest recorded survey becomes the Opening Date of the mine source.
