Enter 3D Stockpile Survey Data

Security Note: You need the Allow the user to open the 3D stockpile viewer security right in the 3D user group security rights group for this activity.

Activity Steps

1. Open the 3D Transaction Viewer.
2. Right-click in the Transactions table and select New Survey from the menu.

   The Transactions table displays the new survey and the Survey tab is enabled.

3. Update the following fields.
   • Date
   • Quantity—Total quantity of the surveyed material, in metric tonnes.
   • Reason Code—Select from the Survey Reason Code list items defined in the List Editor.
4. To import a shape for the 3D stockpile survey:
   1. Click Import Shape.
   2. Select a file in CSV format and click Open.

      The file name displays in the Shape Source File.

   3. Enter the Height Threshold in metres.
5. To add a new row to the Sections table, right-click in the table and select Add New Row from the menu.
6. Update the following fields for each row in the Sections table:
   • Y1 Co-ordinate—Start co-ordinate along the Y-axis for the surveyed section of the 3D stockpile.
   • Y2 Co-ordinate—End co-ordinate along the Y-axis for the surveyed section of the 3D stockpile.
   • Metric Tonnes—Number of metric tonnes in the surveyed section of the 3D stockpile.
   • Product—Select from the products and brands defined on the Material panel of the Solution Explorer.
7. Click Save.
