Find Samples

Security Note: You need the Allow the user to view the Sample Explorer security right in the Menu user group security rights group for this activity.

Activity Steps

1. Open the Sample Explorer.
2. Enter the following search criteria as required.
   • Start Date
   • End Date
   • Sample Name—Enter the whole sample name or use an asterisk to search for part of a sample name. For example, enter *14 to find all samples with a name ending in 14. If a sample name is specified, the Process Flow and Sampling Template criteria are ignored.
   • Process Flow—Select from the material flows defined on the Supply Chain panel of the Solution Explorer.
   • Sampling Template—Select from the sample templates defined for the selected material flow.
3. Click Refresh or press F3.

   Note: You can save search criteria as a search profile. Search profiles for the Sample Explorer include all criteria except the Start Date and End Date. See Use Saved Search Profiles in MineMarket Explorers.

4. To edit a sample or view more details, click the hyperlinked Sample Name.

   The Sample displays.
