Specify Default Colour and Font Settings for Analytes in Supply and Demand Planning
The colour and font settings are used when analytes display on the Whiteboard tab of a supply and demand plan.
Security Note: You need the Allow Supply and Demand Plan Configuration security right in the Planning domain security rights group for this activity.
Activity Steps
- Open the Analyte Colour Editor.
- To modify the default settings for analytes that are specified in the contract product:
- Select the Default For Contract Analytes node.
- Complete the following fields for each analyte Value (Minimum, Lower Warning Limit, Upper Warning Limit and Maximum):
- Highlight Colour—Select from a palette of basic colours, preconfigured web colours and system (Windows) colours. In the palette of basic colours, right-click a colour in the bottom two rows to customise a colour with hue/saturation/luminosity or red/green/blue values.
- Font Colour
- Font—Select from installed system fonts.
The Example displays how the analyte value will display in supply and demand plans.
- To modify the default settings for analytes that are not specified in the contract product:
- Select the Default For Non-Contract Analytes node.
- Complete the following fields.
- Highlight Colour
- Font Colour
- Font
The Example displays how the analyte value will display in supply and demand plans.
- To modify the default settings for an individual analyte:
- Right-click in the Analytes field group and select Add Analyte from the menu.
- Expand the Analyte Definitions node.
- Select the analyte.
Note: You can also drag individual analytes and analyte groups from the Quality panel of the Solution Explorer to the Analytes field group.
- Ensure that the Analyte node is selected in the Analytes field group.
- Complete the following fields for each analyte Value:
- Highlight Colour
- Font Colour
- Font
The Example displays how the analyte value will display in supply and demand plans.
- To reset the colour and font settings to the system defaults, click Clear.
- Click Save.
