View or Enter Forecast Quality for a Product

Security Note: Assuming you can view the plan, no specific security right is required to view the forecast quality. To enter forecast quality, you need the Allow Supply and Demand Plan Execution security right in the Planning domain security rights group.

Activity Steps

1. Open the SD Plan.
2. Select the Forecast Quality tab.
3. To view forecast quality for a product:
   1. Select the Search option.
   2. Select a Plan Product from the products specified on the SD Plan Configuration screen.
   3. Enter the Start Date and End Date for the search as required.
   4. Click Search.
4. To enter forecast quality for a product:
   1. Select the Modify option.
   2. Select a Plan Product.
   3. Right-click in the Planning Periods table and select New from the menu.
   4. To import the default analytes for the plan product:
      1. If any existing Analyte Value should be overridden with the default values specified on the SD Plan Configuration screen, check Override With Default Values. If unchecked, only the analytes not yet displayed for the planning period are imported. If the Plan Product is changed, this check box is unchecked to prevent accidental overriding of any analyte values that have been entered.
      2. Click Get Default Analytes.
   5. To override the default values, enter the Analyte Value for each analyte.
   6. Click Save.
