View or Enter Planned Production for a Product

Security Note: Assuming you can view the plan, no specific security right is required to view the planned production. To enter planned production, you need the Allow Supply and Demand Plan Execution security right in the Planning domain security rights group.

Activity Steps

1. Open the SD Plan.
2. Select the Planned Production tab.
3. To view planned production for a product:
   1. Select the Search option.
   2. Select a Plan Product from the products specified on the SD Plan Configuration screen.
   3. Enter the Start Date and End Date for the search as required.
   4. Click Search.
4. To enter planned production for a product:
   1. Select the Modify option.
   2. Select a Plan Product.
   3. If the planned production quantity is known for a planning period, enter the Quantity.
   4. If the planned production quantity should be calculated:
      1. Check Use Calculated Value.
      2. Click the ellipsis (...).

         The Expression Editor displays.

      3. Create or select a tested expression.
      4. Click Assign.
   5. Click Save.
