View Truck Despatch Timelines
Security Note: You need the Allow the user to view the Truck Despatch Explorer security right in the Menu user group security rights group for this activity.
Activity Steps
- Open the Truck Despatch Explorer.
- Select the Time Line tab.
- Enter the following search criteria as required.
- Date Range—Limit the search by Activated Date, which is the ATA or ETA of the truck at the first location in the truck route. The date selector has the following options:
- Month—Select a single month of a selected calendar year.
- Quarter—Select a single quarter of a selected calendar year.
- Year—Select a single calendar year.
- Date Range—Specify any start and end date. Default: One month and one day prior to and one day after the current system date.
- Today—Set the date range to the current date.
- Clear—Ignore the date range as a search criterion.
- Routes—Select from the truck routes defined on the Transport panel of the Solution Explorer.
- Organisation—Limit the search by despatch orders associated with truck despatches. Select from the organisations and companies defined on the Organisations panel of the Solution Explorer.
- Date Range—Limit the search by Activated Date, which is the ATA or ETA of the truck at the first location in the truck route. The date selector has the following options:
- Click Search or press F3.
Note: You can save search criteria as a search profile. Search profiles for the Truck Despatch Explorer include all criteria except a selected Date Range. See Use Saved Search Profiles in MineMarket Explorers.
- Select whether to view truck despatches by Despatch Name or Transport Name.
- To change the display period, right-click the timeline area and select View by Year, View by Month, View by Week or View by Day from the menu as required.
