Enter Drafts for a Shipment

This activity presumes that shipment draft parameters are configured. See Configure Shipment Draft Parameters.

Security Note: You need the Allow shipment draft surveys security right in the Shipments domain security rights group for this activity.

Activity Steps

1. Open the Shipment.
2. Select the required route point in the Route diagram.
3. Select the Drafts sub-tab on the Itinerary tab.

   If the shipment was created from a shipment template, the Drafts table displays any default draft parameters specified for that shipment template.

4. To create a new draft for the shipment, right-click in the Drafts table and select New » [Draft Parameter] from the menu.

   Note: You can only add each configured draft parameter once for each route point for the shipment.

5. Complete the following fields for each parameter.
   • Draft—Draft (height) in the specified unit of measure.
   • Mass—Draft mass, in the specified unit of measure.

     If the Mass Auto Update Mode of the draft parameter is Draft Survey, when a draft survey is created, MineMarket updates the draft mass to match the quantity of the latest draft survey for the route point. See Enter a Draft Survey for a Shipment.

     If the Mass Auto Update Mode of the draft parameter is Active Load Plan, when a loading plan is made active, MineMarket updates the draft mass to match the total quantity of the active loading plan for the route point. See Create a Shipment Loading Plan.

6. To delete a draft, right-click the draft and select Delete from the menu.
7. Click Save.
