View the Chart of a Shipment

The chart represents the transaction tonnage per date period, based upon the despatch order and vessel hatch.

Security Note: Assuming you can view the stockpile, no specific security right is required for this activity.

Activity Steps

1. Open the Shipment.
2. Select the Chart tab.
3. Enter the following search criteria as required.
   • Despatch Order
   • Vessel Hold
4. To modify the appearance of the chart:
   1. Right-click the chart and select Show Wizard from the menu.

      The Chart Wizard displays.

   2. Edit the chart properties as required.
   3. Click Accept.
5. To save the chart as a BMP, GIF, JPEG, PNG or TIFF image, right-click the chart and select Save To File from the menu.
