Contract Templates

Contract templates are used to create sales or purchase contracts. Contract templates can be used to store base contract information, usually when contract terms are common across a lot of contracts. Apart from containing a basic contract setup, a contract template can be used to set particular defaults, for example:

• Whether the contract pricing basis may be changed from By Product to By Analyte
• Whether quotation pricing, contract options, contract taxes and payable analytes are not permitted, optional or required
• Whether price sharing, price participation and refining charge entry can be included for payable analytes
