Set up an Organisation Group
An organisation group is a group of organisations or companies that can be legally or logically grouped together, generally for reporting purposes.
An organisation can exist as a member of multiple organisation groups.
Security Note: You need the Allow organisation maintenance security right in the Organisations domain security rights group for this activity.
Activity Steps
- Select the Organisations panel in the Solution Explorer.
- Right-click the Organisation Groups node and select New » Organisation Group from the menu.
- Update the name of the organisation group node if required.
- Expand the Organisations node.
- Drag each required organisation onto the Organisation Group node.
- To reorder the organisations, right-click an organisation and select Move First, Move Up, Move Down or Move Last from the menu as required.
- Click Save.
